Our business is growing rapidly - organically and through acquisitions - and we therefore need another skilled and dedicated Business Analyst for our Demand Response team in Malmø.

As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work hands on with all parts of the value chain and customer relationship. From the initial analyzes in collaboration with the customer to estimation, project management and follow-up. The relationship with the customer is very central, both in relation to customer satisfaction, new projects and cooperation in the development of new products.

As the tasks are versatile, we are looking for someone with a great deal of experience with requirements analysis and specification in collaboration with our customers as well as someone with a structured approach to handling own tasks including responsibility and ownership for the same. If you are also a person who, independently and in collaboration with others, can provide professionally solutions to the customers, this is a big plus.

Examples of work tasks:

Customer relations:

  • Business and requirements analysis in close collaboration with customers
  • Building bridge between customers and our onshore and offshore development teams
  • Follow-up of ongoing projects and major support cases
  • Technical support in connection with the sale of major projects
  • Support customers' daily operations and maintenance

The projects:

  • Project management and estimation of small and medium-sized projects
  • Consultancy work (implementation, configuration and training of our customers end users) - depending on competences, interest and needs.
  • Coordination of development tasks (onshore / offshore)

Trapeze Group is a global company, and the Demand Response team collaborates with international colleagues across borders - especially when it comes to solution and product development. Therefore, depending on temperament, abilities and preferences, there are both local and international career opportunities in the Trapeze Group.

About you:

You have 2-5 years of experience in the software industry and you preferably have an educational background in IT. You speak and write Swedish fluently and you speak English on a professional level.

You get the energy of being in dialogue with customers to understand and uncover their business and their business requirements and you put a virtue in gathering and documenting the outcome of your requirements analysis.

You are able to translate user and business needs into technical specifications, enabling development teams to take over and develop the desired and specified functionality.

Finally, you also have project manager abilities, which allows you to take responsibility for your own tasks, but you are also able to manage smaller projects or larger support tasks as well as manage sub-projects in larger projects.

It may be that you have been employed in a small consulting or software house and now want to try your hand at something bigger. Or you may have worked in a larger company and now want to expand your skills. It is not a requirement that you have worked with public transport before, but it is important that you have the ability and desire to familiarize yourself with the business domain.

If you have some experience from the public transport domain, this is a plus, but it is not a prerequisite for applying for the job.

You will be working from our office in Malmø, but it will be required that you travel to Aarhus, Denmark, where the Trapeze main office is located 2 – 4 times a year, so some travelling days is to be expected.
