Svar Life Science AB is going places and we´re now looking for a reliable and organized office assistant to manage the day-to-day aspects of running the business.
Assisting the Svar Life Science organization includes a wide range of responsibilities. It is a highly administrative and coordinating position with tasks including everything from arranging business lunches, coordination of travels, archiving, office supply inventory, high-level executive scheduling to internal event planning, HR assistance, accounting and general support.
This position requireds a high work pace on a day to day basis, things move fast and you can rarely plan your workday. You are expected to be two steps ahead and to be a problem solver. You need to be able to keep a clear head and be able to prioritize and re-prioritize throughout your various assignments. Since part of this position is to support the high-level executives it's important with great discretion. A big part of communication is in English.
Since you’re the one greeting visitors we need you on site during office hours from 08.00-16.00. You are the face of the company through phone, email and visitors. It is up to you to make guest, customers and various visitors feel welcome and well taken care of.
This job may occasionally include some overtime as well as weekend work. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we’re excited to talk with you.
You need to have a service-minded approach to everything you do and will need to take initiative and be responsible. You are organized, have an eye for efficient administration and great prioritizing skills. We expect excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish and experience from administratively supporting the board of directors with for example making sure all records are filed and documents are kept up to date is a big plus. You perform all duties in complete compliance with all legal and ethical standards. To fit and complement the organization you have a positive attitude, is service minded with excellent communication capabilities.
