We are extending our customer support team in Malmö with more stars. This is an important role and function both internally and externally.
You will belong to a team of 7-8 persons handling the inflow and processing of orders. You will be responsible for the whole flow from order to invoice.
You will work in close cooperation with our sales force and customers.
Supporting both with technical as well as logistical information.
- Verifying customer information, prices
- Order entry and invoicing
- Answer question from customers
- Serve our sales force and our customers
- Handling claims
- Contact with forwarders and warehouses

To succeed you must have worked with administrative tasks. You need to be patient and thorough, we think you are accustomed to working in a structured way from your previously career.
The Group works in the SAP and Microsoft office (Excel/Word)
We have as a strong wish that you have worked with
SAP/SD, however, experience from other ERP system is also okay. You feel confident communicating both oral and in writing at least in Swedish and English. Appreciated if you also master French and/or German since we are serving the European market. Scope and employment
The is full-time position with start-up per immediately.
The Assignment is initially with a 6 months' probation period. Greenworks office is in Västra Hamnen, Malmö where some 30 people work. We are offing competitive conditions and pension schemes.
