The bioanalytical services team within Wieslab and Euro Diagnostica is seeking a highly qualified and motivated immunoassay scientist to support our contracted projects.
In our projects we work with developing, validating and using immunoassays (e.g. ELISA, MSD, and RIA) and cell-based reporter gene assays for measurement of drug and biomarker levels as well as immunogenicity of drugs in samples from non-clinical and clinical studies. The bioanalytical services are contracted from different international partners within the life science industry.
You will become part of a flexible bioanalytical team with high ambitions of delivering high-quality data for our client’s studies. We work in a GLP and ISO 17025 regulated environment. The bioanalytical team is part of Wieslab laboratory services where clinical diagnostic testing is also performed to aid in diagnostics of autoimmune diseases. You will become Project Manager responsible for collaboration and timely delivery of bioanalytical data to clients. Your main focus will be development and validation of assays according to current guidelines and analysis of pre-clinical and clinical study samples in compliance with GLP and GCP requirements. You will also be responsible for writing high quality reports with the results of the various studies you are working with. As you will be part of a smaller team it is expected that you will also perform laboratory work.Qualifications
- Life science academic PhD degree and have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with development and validation of immunoassays and/or cell-based assays.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English and at least one Scandinavian language) and understanding of that data must be delivered in a timely manner to clients.
- Experience within a wide range of technologies assays types e.g. RIA, MSD, ELISA and cell-based reporter gene assays.
- You are familiar with EMA/FDA Bioanalysis and Immunogenicity guidelines as well as the GLP OECD guidelines.
- Use of IT systems is something that falls natural to you.
- You are flexible, ambitious, outgoing, structured, focused on results and have a large capacity.
