Deponti's ambition in Scandinavia
In your role as Accountmanager Scandinavia you will contribute to the company's growth ambition by identifying and binding a large amount of new dealers to Deponti. You will do this by convincing them of the many advantages that Deponti's products have to offer, for consumers as well as for Deponti's partners. Besides focusing on new business you will also take care of expanding the relationships with existing customers, trying to further expand the collaboration. As a result you will have long lasting relationships with satisfied customers which is shown by the increased turnover throughout Scandinavia, starting in Sweden.

Always looking for growth possibilities
Are you the commercial hunter that will bring Deponti's business to new heights in Sweden and later on in the rest of Scandinavia? By mapping out your workfield you identify the possibilities of potential new dealers to add to Deponti's network. While doing so, you always stay connected to existing customers and look for ways to also increase growth.

Building new, longterm relationships
During the first period you will focus on reaching out to possible, high potential customers. From there on you work on growing and deepening these new relationships into long term relationships. Acquisition is one of your strengths, convincing and enthusing customers gives you a lot of energy. The personal approach in combination with your expertise gives you the opportunity to convince customers about Deponti's products and to be more than just a "salesman".

Freedom and responsibility
Within Deponti you have an independent role with lots of freedom, responsibilities and room for market development. It's important that you plan your customer visits, keep customer data up-to-date and work together with Deponti's inside sales team. You will report to Robin van Bergen, who is located in the Netherlands and will come over to Scandinavia on a regular basis.

What do you bring?
You will:
  • be energetic, a commercial self-starter and results-oriented.
  • have 5 to 10 years' experience in the development of a B2B dealer network and indirect sales. have a successful commercial track record in acquisition and new business development.
  • have a bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, economics, or business economics.
  • have a natural ability to persuade and strong verbal communication skills.
  • be ideally living in southern Sweden.
