In the role of IT Technical Developer & Support you are working as a first and second level throughout the line organization in Scandinavia with international users and the role also contains duties within the global IT organization. Your daily work includes monitoring, analysing and solving IT related issues with the help of AD. You work with firewall administration within the company as well as the administration of the global network infrastructure. Here you also work with configuration of new VMWare servers, PC´s, smartphones, phone subscriptions, printers etc. The role is more focused on support of technical issues related to software and hardware rather than system support. In this role you report to the Team leader of Technical Support. Traveling will be occurring tied to different IT projects within the global organization.Formella krav
Education, experience and personal characteristics
- Previous experience of working in a similar position with technical skill requirements within hardware and software
- Excellent knowledge in network management - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, VLAN
- Very good knowledge of Windows OS, Ms Office, tablets, smartphones
- Excellent knowledge in administration of Firewalls (Fortinet)
- Experience of Citrix
- Very good skills in English both written and spoken.
