As one of two Service Managers for Atlassian Jira you belong to Sweco IT and the collaboration team that consists of 5 people You are responsible for maintenance of Jira and its surrounding services as well as handle requests, incidents and questions that comes from the organization.
Furthermore, you will focus on developing and improving the processes within Jira and identify cost saving opportunities. Developing the platform and sometimes run projects to ensure a stable and updated environment is also part of the responsibilities for this position. You will also be a resource as a Service manager in other collaboration platform solutions.Formella krav
- Experience from a similar position, preferably working with Jira or other project issue tracking systems
- Confident in using English both written and spoken.
- Experience of working in-between business and IT
For the position as Service Manager for Jira at Sweco, we would like to see that you are a generalist that is well experienced in providing service and you also have a strong interest in collaboration process and software in general.
