Ferrero Scandinavia is currently looking for a new Brand Manager. The Brand Manager will be responsible for the planning and the management of some of the brands in the Kinder portfolio.Arbetsuppgifter
As Nordic Brand Manager your main objective is to adapt the international guidelines that regulate the brand, to the Nordic markets. You work with defining and proposing product marketing positioning, communication- and advertising campaigns and execute brand activities to raise sales volumes and market shares within the Kinder portfolio. Together with the Group Brand Manager you prepare annual and long-term marketing plans. You also cooperate closely with Trade Marketing in order to develop consumer campaigns and POS materials. Here you have full operational project management responsibility below the line where you handle communication with suppliers and briefings of art directors to develop campaign material. You also communicate and align with internal partners, such as Category, Controlling and Sales teams, to ensure effective and focused processes. Furthermore, you work proactively to stay updated and generate insights regarding the brand and markets by sharing and collecting relevant market information with internal partners. You make sure that your specific internal target groups have the latest updates, by giving presentations regarding products, campaigns and brand status. Education, experience and personal characteristics
- Broad knowledge within marketing, acquired through a university diploma within BA or marketing or past working experience from a marketing role
- Portfolio management experience preferably within FMCG
- Strong Nielsen knowledge and great experience in MS Office
- Professional fluency both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
- Knowledge of other Nordic languages (meriting)
- Previous work with SAP (meriting)
- Experience of working in multinational companies (meriting)
To be successful in this role you have strong project management skills and can handle several parallel projects with great attitude. You are a strong communicator and you know how to adjust your communication, service-oriented/informative/direct, according to situation and goal. It is natural for you to work in an international environment as you understand and appreciate cultural differences, both in business acumen and communication style.
