We are looking for a Marketing Country Manager with a commercial mindset who wants to be part of our exciting journey of expanding and strengthening our Swedish market. We offer the flexibility to work remotely from Stockholm with regular meetings at Boozt headquarter in Malmö.

The Country Management team is a newly established function with the task of developing our markets - from identifying new ones to scaling existing ones. You will join a team of commercial marketers defining the growth strategy, driving the initiatives with our core teams, and overseeing our growth development. You will work closely with our Marketing team as well as all other operational teams. As a Marketing Country Manager, you will have an essential impact on our future development and growth in the Swedish market.

As a Marketing Country Manager, you will drive and oversee the daily operation of the Swedish market, being responsible for meeting revenue targets. You will be part of the Country Management team, reporting to the Country and Category Director.
  • Evaluation of KPIs of our Swedish business
  • Adapt and create strong strategic plans and allocate media investments for the Swedish Market with our core Marketing teams
  • Responsible for performance & growth of the Swedish market
  • Perform a variety of analyses and prepare, implement and monitor new strategic and operational initiatives for the Swedish market
  • Be our internal expert for the Swedish market, ensuring that we are best in class by adapting our product offering to local Swedish culture and best practices
  • Ensure that all parts of our operation in Sweden run smoothly by closely collaborating with different teams such as Logistics, Buying and Merchandising and Marketing
  • Providing country-specific insights to the Marketing team and across the organization
To be successful in this role you have an in-depth understanding of the Swedish market. With a strong business & commercial mindset, you are self-driven, structured, and proactive. You have a humble and prestige-less approach to problem-solving and at the same time confident in challenging the status quo. You possess a core strength in relationship building and are excellent at communicating and following up on ideas and results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven mindset & strong understanding of KPIs
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, or similar
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, Retail/E-com environment is meritorious
  • Fluent in English and native level in Swedish
