Your mission and how you'll make an impactAs an HR Business Partner at Air Liquide Nordics, you will act as the single point of contact for managers and employees in Sweden and Finland for all major HR topics, and ensure the deployment of the HR strategy. You will belong to a diverse Nordic HR team where we value openness, support, and having a good laugh together. This role includes cooperating closely with the employees as well as supporting the operational managers in recruitment of new employees, contributing to successful employee experience by developing talent, coaching managers in their leadership, creating engagement, organization and culture. In addition to that, plan and carry out any activities in our annual HR cycle. You will provide coaching on change and people management issues, diversity & inclusion, and support the business in well-being and collaboration.
When you have been fully introduced to your role, we expect you to later on manage HR related projects to be rolled out towards the Nordics. To be successful in this role, we also believe that you...- Have a relevant educational background
- Previous working experience as HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or similar
- Speak and understand Swedish and English
- It's a plus if you already have experience negotiating with unions/union representatives
- It's an advantage if you also speak or understand Finnish, but not a requirement
Additional InformationYou will belong to a team of ten HR colleagues located in Denmark and Sweden and report to Nordic HR Director, Henrik Strunge Andersen.
