We are now searching for our next Environmental & Compliance Manager, located either in Malmö or Horsens! Your mission and how you'll make an impact
As our next Nordic Environmental & Compliance Manager, you will be a part of a diverse team who is supporting the Nordic organization to develop our management system within quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001), food safety (ISO 22001), GMP and medical devices. This also means that you will be trained in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in order to be part of our release team for medical gasses such as oxygen and nitrous oxide.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our development and raise awareness to the organization about how our work can contribute to reaching Sustainability objectives.
Your tasks will be to maintain and develop our environmental management systems as well as to do internal audits and monitor compliance and legislative requirements. This also includes supporting the Nordic local sites with environmental reports and managing application for and maintenance of permits. You will develop training material and train our Nordic organization in environmental programs and policies, including supporting our sites with environmental aspects assessments and lead other related projects. At Air Liquide, our employees can get involved in our sustainability activities by volunteering as Climate Ambassadors. As Nordic Environmental & Compliance Manager, you will have a close cooperation with these ambassadors to coordinate ideas and facilitate the work into our processes.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and an educational background within STEM (science, tech, engineering, math). As you will be developing our processes and systems, you have good knowledge of using different IT systems and are interested in developing these to improve our processes. You speak and understand Swedish or Danish, and have good knowledge of English.
In our team, we always try to share practices and together make continuous improvements within our department. As a person, we therefore believe that you are a flexible team player who welcomes feedback and is open to share your own knowledge and ideas to develop our processes. As you will be responsible for driving some projects, you are also able to work independently and take ownership of your work.
This position is located either at our Nordic Head Office in Malmö or at our site in Horsens. You will be reporting directly to Majken Tovgaard Christiansen, Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager.
