If both answers are yes, then we are looking for you! Join us and be part of the Air Liquide Nordic Bulk Logistics team in Malmö. At the office in Malmö, you work closely with your Bulk logistic colleagues but you will also be part of a Nordic team with colleagues in Finland and Denmark.
Mission & Responsibilities
As a Bulk Dispatcher, you are responsible for planning bulk deliveries in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. With the help of our digital tools, you ensure that we send our bulk transports to external and internal customers throughout Scandinavia. To do this successfully, you will have good collaboration with Production Managers, Operators, Disponents and external Drivers.
As a Bulk Dispatcher, you have valuable knowledge that allows you to contribute to Air Liquide's continuous improvements and increased efficiency in logistics. In other words, we expect you to be enthusiastic about working out and proposing process improvements that will develop the customer experience and make a difference for both your colleagues and Air Liquide's results.
This role includes on-call duty every two weeks.

Big data sheets are not something that scares you, but you are curious about understanding the numbers and finding potential opportunities for improvement. You like to take initiative and working independently comes naturally to you. In addition, you are goal-oriented and make sure to follow up and constantly improve your working methods.
As a person, you really like challenges at work, you probably will be bored if every day looks the same. You are also good at communicating both internally and externally. This means that you are a good listener and that you can adapt your own communication to make yourself understood in a variety of situations. In addition, you are a well-liked colleague who values "team spirit" highly.
We believe that you have an education in transport or logistics and 2-3 years of experience working with transport planning, logistics or similar. This is an advantage if you have previously worked with Google tools and SAP. It is a requirement that you are fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English (speaking and writing).
