As a Trade Analyst, you will through strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management & with digital flair, support within areas such as;
- ROI (Return on investment) analysis
- TPM (trade promotion management) tools
- Deployment of promotional playbooks
- Trade architecture strategies
All of which will be achieved through creating collaborative relationship & partnering with key stakeholders in the business (Key Account Team, Finance, IT etc). The team will consist of another Trade analyst, a price & pack lead as well as a system key user. You will be part of a bigger North Europe Demand team & report to the SRM lead of North Europe.
In terms of personal capabilities, you have great drive for result & can deal well with ambiguity & leading change. In the role you will develop and implement new strategies and concepts in accordance with Mars overall category, brand and sales strategies.Essential duties and responsibilities
What are we looking for?
- Develop Promotional Playbook to guide trade promotion strategy, spending and overall trade investment productivity
- Integrates event level ROI analyses, generating insights to optimize Trade ROI across portfolio of investments and accounts
- Consolidates and monitors compliance to trade promotion guidelines at account or budget holder level
- Collaborates with Sales Directors / KAMs to design and deliver trade architecture strategy
- Portfolio Mix Analysis & Guidance
- Identifies trade term opportunities for increased conditionality and effectiveness
- Leverages TPM tool and partners with KAMs to ensure transparency of Trade Spend by account and by program
- Monitors Trade NQCs and work on continuous improvement
- Track deviations and critical KPI's
We are looking for you who are passionate about value creation, sales and the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry. We see that you have a strong entrepreneurial drive, analytical skills, and ambition to perform above expectation to contribute to our future growth.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a relevant post-secondary education and that you have several years experience within fields such as; revenue management, financial analysis, category management, Key account management or similar. And we believe that you have experience from systems such as SAP, Nielsen, Power BI, Qlikview.
For this role communication is the key to success, and since you will come to work in an international environment you need to be fluent in English and ideally one of the Scandinavian languages .We offer
