It incorporates the implementation and optimization of our global supply chain systems capabilities utilized across all Alfa Laval’s factories.

In this value stream, we are a global team that manage our digital product lifecycle and supply chain capabilities. This includes the responsibility to create a global Alfa Laval template for our supply chain processes via the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

About the role
As a part of this Value Stream, we are now looking for a Product Manager manufacturing ERP (mERP) Systems. In this role you will own the vision and roadmap for the development of the mERP system MS Dynamics 365 F&O securing the realization of the benefits. You will manage requirements and demands globally and will interfaces to the Business on different levels. We are applying agile working methods so one of your major tasks will be to translate demands into epics and features feeding into the program backlog for our development teams.

In this role you will also have the responsibility to plan and lead the prioritization of the development backlog. Applying the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) framework, you develop the template solution to support and harmonize the Source/Make/Plan/Deliver processes in Alfa Laval. Moreover, you will be responsible for the global mERP template being continuously improved.

This position is located in Lund. You will part of the Value Stream Trinity, SCM, reporting to the Business Manager for Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the global development of a standardized supply chain mERP system
• Closely collaborate with business partners to build the required functionality
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure solutions are deployed to internal customers and users

About you
You have an agile mind-set and a passion for how to enable and create business value in a global context. You can handle complex scenarios and are able to influence and align different business functions and stakeholders. You are motivated by working with different stakeholders and will easily network across business functions in an international and cross-cultural environment. You are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and enjoy setting up the path. You are experienced in leading people and teams.

You bring solid experience from complex operations and supply chain environments with particular focus on ERP systems in general but specifically on MS Dynamics 365 F&O. You enjoy working on a strategic level and bring experience from working as a Product Manager before. You influence and drive change in a cooperative way and excel in communication.

Key experiences

• Solid knowledge of the ERP-domain and particularly D365 F&O on an enterprise scale
• In depth understanding of business processes within manufacturing
• Understanding interacting in cross business functions in an international and cross-cultural environment
• Solid communication and presentation skills and fluent in English
