Hansa Biopharma is a fast-growing biopharmaceutical company developing novel immunomodulatory enzymes for transplantation and acute autoimmune diseases. The lead product, Imlifidase, is a proprietary antibody-degrading enzyme currently in late-stage clinical development for kidney transplant patients, with significant potential for further development in other solid organ transplants and in acute autoimmune indications. The company also has a strong pipeline of preclinical projects that may provide a second wave of potential drugs.
The HR function at Hansa
At Hansa Biopharma we are a small and tight knit HR team of 4; consisting of VP GLOBAL HR, HR Manager, HR Specialist and a HR Assistant. Our HR specialist is now leaving us for new adventures, and we are seeking an HR Partner with a focus on talent acquisition to join our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a broad role and is a team player through and through. Although your focus will be talent acquisition you will also take part in other HR tasks. As an HR Partner with a focus on talent acquisition you will be the main driver in and developer of our recruitment processes and working together with the recruiting manager in the complete process from needs analysis through recruitment channels, advertisement, CV screening, candidate contact, interviews, references, tests, pension and tax questions, relocation and offer negotiations. You will be our point of contact for recruitment suppliers, internal recruitment questions and collaborations and student contacts. You will also be our super user and system owner of our recruitment system (TeamTailor) which means that you will be responsible for updating the system and its function, create and update information in the system as well as training and supporting managers and colleagues.
This role also contains administrative work and you will be responsible for all administration in connection to the recruitment such as contract writing, work certificate writing, updating HR master data system with information about new staff and employment (Sympa) and staffing forecast. This means that you will need to have attention to details and numbers and an understanding of how good quality of HR data is connected to good quality of reports, that are used throughout the company.
You will also take a more strategic role within talent acquisition and take the lead on Strategic workforce planning including staffing forecast, gap analysis, succession planning etc. where you will work in close collaboration with the managers at Hansa.

You probably have a couple of years of experience from HR, recruitment, talent management or staffing, preferable in a global setting, with a degree in HR or equivalent. You have a strong interest in the candidate experience, how it connects to employer branding and employee happiness. You are comfortable in writing processes and HR related information in English as well as speaking in English on a daily basis with your colleagues.
Knowledge in Swedish Labor Law is an advantage.
