Our people possess years of expertise and knowledge in AutoStore®, the unique goods to man picking system that is powered and optimized by our EWCS - Element Warehouse Control Software. EWCS is also an integral module in our full Warehouse Management Software EWMS.

Element Logics headquarter is in Norway, with subsidiaries in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, United Kingdom, BeNeLux and Poland. Germany is our biggest and fastest growing market. To strengthen our support team in Lund to support the German market growth, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality.

The position:
In the role as Systems Consultant you will be trained to become an expert in the robot based AS/RS system AutoStore and the Element Logic's warehouse management system and help the German customers as 1st level support with these systems. The role is closely connected to the German After Market organization.

  • Remote control of customers system
You will work in close cooperation with 8 colleagues in the support team in Sweden and Norway and will be a part of friendly and highly competent work environment. The current support hours of the team are from 6.00 h to 22.00 h. You will work both independently and in cooperation with others in the support team, other departments and the German After Market organization. The tasks will have a wide variation from small routine tasks to time consuming project-oriented assignments.

Education, skills & qualifications we expect from you:
  • Technical competence and experience with SQL and databases.
  • Experience of customer support and troubleshooting.
  • Fluent in German. Both spoken and written.
  • Fluent in English. Both spoken and written.
  • Experience from warehousing, logistics and supply chain is beneficial.
  • Experience from Internet Information Services (IIS) and integration solutions is beneficial.
It's naturally important what competences you possess, but it's equal important who you are as a person. You are analytical, structured and used to work process oriented. You learn easily and are curious, have good logical skills and get enthusiastic by the thought of learning new systems.
