We are strengthening our Human Resources organization with an HR Specialist. In this position, you will report to the Vice President Human Resources and be part of the Human Resources team working with HR support for the global Camurus organization.
As HR Specialist you will be responsible for payroll process management for six countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK, Germany, France, and Australia) as well as supporting set up and ongoing management of local insurances and pension solutions. As the organization grows, the plan is to add 2 - 3 countries over the next 12 - 18 months. Furthermore, you will take the administrative lead on on- and offboarding of employees, and ensure general ongoing HR administrative support. There will also be a possibility to support HR processes such as recruitment and working environment and to work closely with your colleagues in the HR team on different projects and activities, such as the implementation of an HR system.
To be successful in this position you have a BSc or MSc, or similar university degree, within a relevant field. You have at least five years’ experience in operational management of payroll, compensation and benefits and general administration from an international organization. Experience from the implementation of an HR system is an advantage. You have a proven track record of enhancing work routines and processes with a structured work approach and quality mindedness and are great at building relationships across the organization. You are a proactive problem solver with excellent project management and coordination capabilities, enjoying the handling of multiple tasks and are used to a high workload from time to time. You are enthusiastic with a strong drive and have a flexible mindset. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English, and are an experienced user in the MS Office package, preferably also experience from working with Sharepoint and Microsoft D365.
