Academic Work is looking for a service-minded person for the role as Dedicated Accountant & Maintenance to our client in Lund. As part of the team, you will be working in a highly collaborative environment with a diverse group of talented people continuously improving. The team, with approximately 10 people from all over the world, is committed to reach renewal target, perform health check calls and is also responsible for license management, order processing and assuring correct revenue recognition for the entire EMEA & APAC regions. Teamwork is their keyword! You will be reporting to Manager, Dedicated Accounts and Renewals (EMEA / APAC).

This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at our client. The assignment will be full time and extend for 18 months.

  • Collaborate effectively and directly with Enterprise Customers, Customer Success Managers, external Renewal Sales Managers, Revenue Operations Team, Credit & Collections and Sales Operations to support internal & external customers
  • You will have accounts assigned to you with a maintenance renewal Annual Contract Value of 100K USD and up
  • Maintaining and reporting an accurate 120 day forecast for renewals for your assigned accounts
  • Activities like maintenance and subscription renewals, health checks, license management, invoicing, order review & processing, credit & collection and ensuring correct revenue recognition
  • Discovering and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • Clear communication of risk and initiation of developing resolution strategies, escalation wherever appropriate
  • Responding to requests and queries from both internal and external customers on license and maintenance related topics
  • Play an active role in internal process improvement and implementation of systems and changes within the organization
Vi söker dig som

To be a suitable candidate for this role you:
  • Have at least three years of experience in Accounting/Customer Success/Pre-Sales
  • Have an academic background within business/economy/accounting or similar
  • Native or very fluent in one of the Nordic languages or German, as well as strong English speaking skills as this is the business language across the organization
  • Have previous experience in some kind of business systems and good knowledge of Excel
  • Have experience in CRM and ERP systems, preferably SalesForce and Netsuite
As a person you are a quick learner, team player, self-starter and you enjoy contact with your internal and external customers. You also have experience in working with high profile customers. This is why great customer experience and solution based thinking is given to you. Furthermore, we believe you are analytical, stress-resistant and multi-tasking in order to succeed in this role.
