About the role
In the end of 2021, we are moving in to our new climate smart office, situated centrally in Luleå. It will become the new headquarters for Mobilaris and other local companies. The house will become an arena where established companies, entrepreneurs, and a variety of skillsets will interact and grow together.

For business members of the house, we will arrange weekly, monthly, and yearly events - such as workouts, festivities, and seminars. Along with access to the local business network, we will take care of all service needs of our members. For example, our in-house service available Monday to Friday, meeting rooms, internal knowledge seminars and community activities. Business members will be able to focus on their core business whilst the rest will be taken care of by us.

As our Front Desk and Event Manager, you will play a key role for the experience of being a member and guest in our new office building. We want you to strive to make the service and membership experience world-class both in the way we interact with our members but also in the way we arrange activities and take care of our facilities.

You will be responsible for delivering that extra sparkle supporting our members with everything from arranging and inviting to events and activities, welcoming visitors and members, helping out with conference services, and helping members with basically any request they may have.
To fit well into the role, we believe that you are driven, creative and passionate about creating an excellent customer experience. Previous experience of arranging events and service tasks is a bonus. If you´re also an outgoing team player with positive attitude who is happy to solve any issue that might come across, this role is for you.
