The Technical Training Owner at HVDC Products is responsible for planning and coordination of training activities for HVDC and SVC valves, cooling system and DOIT for stakeholders within the Products- and HVDC organization.

Furthermore, to develop and maintain a training program including theoretical and hands on training, to keep training documentation updated and ownership of training cost model.

As our Technical Training Owner you will develop and be responsible for our training operations at HVDC Products in Ludvika. This is a new and exciting role in our multi-cultural organization, built on team spirit and cooperation, where you will have a great deal of responsibility and develop both professionally and personally.”

Your responsibilities

  • Own and maintain training program according to product design
  • Be responsible for and update training cost model as input to tender team
  • Establish and maintain training process at HVDC Products and interface to HVDC customer training team
  • Own and update training plan according to project needs
  • Coordinate training activities within HVDC Products and act as single point of contact to HVDC customer training team
  • Lead hands on training activities and conduct basic product design overview presentations
  • Get the chance to travel the world to meet our customers together with the training team
  • Take active part in the establishment of Training and Certification Center (TCC) and drive specific activities to successfully deliver the project within time, cost and quality

Your background

  • You identify yourself as being customer and solution oriented with a high focus on structure
  • Self-motivated mindset to drive and develop processes for continuous development in both short and long term
  • You have great communication skills and the wish to collaborate in a dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Experience of HVDC site installation, commissioning, or maintenance is needed to be able to support in training activities
  • Electrical, Mechanical or related field of education is preferable
  • Experience of HVDC/SVC converter valve, cooling system and DOIT equipment is beneficial
  • Fluency in Swedish is a merit, but not a requirement
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required because of interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders
