Main tasks and responsibilities

Dealer Support
  • Technical support to dealers / on vehicles
  • Selling spare parts
  • Technical training
  • Translation of dealer information
Day to day operations
  • Receiving spare parts from France and shipping spare parts to dealers
  • Checking up on new delivered cars / Pre Delivery Inspections
  • Shipping cars
  • Warehouse organization
  • Inventory responsibility
  • Warranty management
  • Website management
  • Spare parts and recall administration
The position is full time and based in Lomma. You report to our Export Director who is based at our HQ in France. A driver's license and a private situation that allows some travel is a requirement.

Background and Personality
You have an upper secondary education and at least 5 years of resent relevant experience in B2B field. Technical interest and understanding are a requirement and experience of technical/ automated products (e.g. machines within agro, trucks, industrial and/or automotive) is meritorious.

You are service minded, high-performing, hardworking and have good problem-solving skills. You have lots of energy, are able to think strategically and find it easy to communicate and build lasting relationships. You speak and write Swedish and English unhindered and manage all the MS Office programs.
