We are looking for a part-time Legal Assistant to our legal team. We are an international group with high ambitions and a clear goal of being the best place to grow, for both people and business.

As Legal Assistant at Akind your main tasks will be to provide support to the legal team within corporate law. You will be coordinating and handling the incoming legal matters from the organization as well as supporting our colleagues with administrative matters. Handling contract management, protocols and corporate documents will also be one of your areas, as well as supporting the team within different projects.

Being part of our international legal team based in Linköping and Stockholm, you will be working with several companies and functions within the group but still close to the business. We are a team with a mix of experiences and competencies, all senior colleagues eager to share their knowledge both within the team and the organization so that we may grow together.   • Support the legal team with contract management, structure corporate documents, collecting signatures etc.
  • Ensure we keep up to date with relevant changes in the legislation for the countries we operate within by research and fact gathering.
  • Gather and analyse legal articles, documents and other data when needed
  • Coordinate compliance risk assessments.

  • Currently studying law or corporate law, with at least 3 semesters behind you.
  • Work experience from a role within service
  • Good communication skills, English is a requirement while Swedish is a plus

General information

Start: January

Contract: Part-time, 2 days/week

Location: Linköping

Recruitment process: The first step in the recruitment process is to apply with your CV or LinkedIn, no cover letter is necessary. If you fullfill the requirements for the position, you will then receive an email asking you to complete two tests by Assessio. One is a personality mapping which takes about 20 minutes to complete, the other a cognitive ability test which takes 12 minutes to complete. The reason why we use tests is to ensure a solid and fair recruitment process focusing on potential for the position we are hiring for rather than your CV. After the final date of application 8th of January, we will invite a few final candidates to a telephone interview and if you proceed after that, a behavioural descriptive interview with Lisette Lind, Talent Acquisition Manager and Emma Hall, Group Legal Manager. For our final candidate, there will be an opportunity to meet with some of the team for a fika and an opportunity to ask your future teammates any questions regarding the role or what it is like working with us at Akind.
