To our head office in Leksand, we are now looking for a Social Media Manager. You will be part of the Marketing & Communication team of 15 persons and report directly to the Team Manager Digital Marketing.
About the position
The mission for the Social Media Manager is to have an ownership and provide expertise within the social media domain. Create structure, secure processes, develop and improve our social media presence and performance.
Main tasks and responsibilities

- Secure, develop and be responsible for the social media domain.
- Set-up structure for internal (global/local) use of SoMe with clear directives
- Global SoMe strategy and execution in accordance with the marketing plans
- Maintain our SoMe content library for all markets
- Plan, craft and publish engaging posts across all SoMe accounts
- Support sales driving initiatives through SoMe
- Engage with customers/followers etc. in our SoMe channels
- Monitor campaigns and analyze obtained data
- Target group definitions
- Close collaboration cross functionally and as project member

Requirements
- Previous work experience as a social media manager or a similar role. Preferably from an international context.
- Experience of creating and maintaining SoMe strategies
- Knowledge of best practices for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Experienced with social media tools such as Hootsuite
- Have relevant academic education within market communication, digital marketing or similar.
- You speak both Swedish and English fluently
- Start: According to agreement
- Contract: Full time
- Location: Leksand with the possibility to partly work remote
