We are growing in Scandinavia and in order to strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for an energetic, experienced (Technical) Sales Manager with proven track record for our team in Sweden.

About the job
Reporting directly to the Sales Director of Mammoet Scandinavia, you will become part of the Scandinavian Sales Team, which currently consists of 6 dedicated Sales Managers.One of the Sales Managers is already stationed in Sweden. You are responsible for a portfolio of clients, find opportunities, get early involvement with clients to best position ourselves throughout the sales process. Conduct contract negations and secure profitable contracts with acceptable terms and conditions.

Your tasks:
  • Build in-depth relationships with clients based on trust and good business practice
  • Identify new sales leads early on
  • Differentiating ourselves from the competition by developing innovative sales strategies.
  • Analyze the market situation, monitor competition and recognize trends
  • Identify and secure new customers
  • Manage the preparation of offers, conduct negotiations and generate orders
  • Report sales progress in CRM system and maintaining you sales pipeline up to date at all times
  • Attend exhibitions
Professional skills
  • You have at least 2 years' experience as Account/Sales Manager in B2B environment and from the industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the Swedish Market
  • Legal and contract negotiations skills are an advantage
  • You can present solid and measurable results from previous positions
  • Bachelor's degree in Commercial/Sales or Technical discipline
Personal skills
In order to achieve success in the position, it is important you work independently, have a strong work ethic and expect occasionally to exceed normal working hours. You have a persuasive personality and establish and maintain long-term relationships You are motivated when working in a fast paced and dynamic project environment and manage to keep focus and overview. You are used to work structured with CRM and confident with MS Office. You communicate and negotiate in English and are a native speaker of the Swedish language. Live in Sweden and willing to travel in the region.
