The aim is to utilize AI to provide suggestions for tickets with correlating content. There is a constant rotation of people working with our trouble ticket system and AI should be able to provide a helping hand thus generating higher reliability and better support for the users.
- Sentiment analysis of email.
At Telenor we receive many emails every day. We already today utilize AI algorithms to dispatch emails to the correct department. The aim of this thesis is to utilize AI in doing sentiment analysis to further improve the quality in this area.

You will join the IT B2B(business to business), CLM team and will be working in one of our squads focusing on automation and digitalization.
