Agile Team Lead

Agile Team Lead

Who we are

We're here to connect you to what matters most, and by doing so, empowering societies. As a Telenor employee, you will be part of a large, international organisation that goes beyond customers - we want to play an important role in the societies we serve. Being connected can change your life, and we're serious about helping our services make the widest possible impact.

We are looking for a bright and driven person to join one of our IT Product & Process development teams. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.

What you'll do

You will join the IT Product & Process development tribe and will be working in one of our squads focusing on Business to Business services. Your main job is to help the squad achieve their goals by facilitating the agile process, make sure the team is working with well-defined requirements, coaching the team to take leadership over the platform tech qualities and to be the gatekeeper for the squad to focus on the prioritized activities. You will work close with the Product Owner from the Business area that will set the agenda of the delivery from the team.

We want to change and be challenged, these are key drivers in achieving our goals in our journey. Building the state of the art service delivery is vital for us. Your role is crucial in achieving this. You are a humble team player who takes initiative and think proactively. And we look forward to you challenging us.

Who are you

We think you have 3-5 years of experience of team leadership or having the scrum master role in previous teams. You are engaged and have a good understanding of software development. Preferably you are experienced in enterprise software development, great collaboration and communications skills, speak English and understand Swedish fluently. If you have certifications in agile methods we will appreciate you even more.

Our promise
We promise you a human company eager to learn and rapidly adapt to a digital reality. You will be welcomed into a skilled team of professional and knowledgeable colleagues. In addition, you will get:
  • A flexible way of work - have a lunch workout without having to rush back, leave/pick up the kids from school, work from home when you need to? This is no problem if you make sure your team is happy and you deliver your work.
  • A generous health and benefit package with wellness grant, health insurance, "give me a break"-days, employee discounts, regular health checks, occupational pension and much more.
  • Development programs to deepen your knowledge and broaden the competence.Come join us nowIf you are interested and would like to know more, please contact Marcus Blomkvist , +46709614502, ( Don't send your CV by mail - these will not be evaluated.Application deadline: 2018-11-20Location: Karlskrona
