Role Overview...
As our Reward Analyst, you will be a key player in our European HR team, focusing on optimizing our reward and recognition activities to attract and retain top talent. This is done in close collaboration with the European HR Team, our HR Data Management Team, Hiring managers, Finance and other relevant stakeholders within JELD-WEN.
Your analytical and personal skills, combined with your Excel proficiency will be instrumental in designing, implementing and executing compensation programs that align with our business objectives.
As this role is a cross border function within JELD-WEN Europe, it can be occupied and based on various locations in our main areas in Europe, e.g. Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, Sweden or Austria.
Your main areas of responsibility...
•Co-drive execution of our Annual Compensation cycles in Europe, including salary review and bonus (data audit, communication, training and support)
•Assist in the design and implementation of competitive and effective reward and recognition programs
•Co-drive development and enforcement of polices (car policy, bonus etc.)
•Collaborate with Global and European HR leadership and Finance teams to analyse and evaluate existing compensation structures
•Regional (European) contact to Corporate on our global Compensation & Benefit programs, like Global Benefit Management, Global Wellbeing, Pay Equity and Global Reward & Recognition Program
•Submit Salary survey data for Europe to vendors (WTW, Mercer) and prepare and update internal pay ranges
•Upon request from HR colleagues, provide detailed Salary Benchmarks
•Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management
•Monitor and track compensation trends and support adjustment of processes and guidance as necessary
•Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives as needed
Required profile:
Qualifications, professionally and personally...
•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field. However, any relevant educational background will be considered; most important is a strong desire and a solid interest in working within the Compensation and Reward area on a European level
•1-3 years of experience in HR, preferable with some knowledge of compensation and reward topics
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
•Ability to influence and understand stakeholders plus drive change across Europe
•Drive results through a smooth, structured, and stable execution of daily work and projects
•Strong communicator who are comfortable delivering training sessions to HR and managers in Europe
•Analytical and process-oriented mindset
