Marketing Coordinator for Sweden & Norway

We are currently looking for an ambitious person to join our European marketing team, who will coordinate and assist with the creation and execution of the marketing activities, that drives lead generation into the business, along with developing and supporting customer channel initiatives.

Could it be you we are looking for...?

This new position within JELD-WEN, will report to the marketing manager, Minna Bergkvist who is covering Sweden & Norway, to execute day-to-day activities and helping the business forward, alongside working with the Swedish and Norwegian sales teams, aswell as the digital marketing creative design team, to deliver campaigns.

Tasks for the position...

Help on developing and executing  the marketing plans and campaigns for the marketing department

Create content to help support and achieve growth in key marketing channels including online and offline marketing mix

Work with internal stakeholders to understand the company’s brand guidelines and assist in the execution of brand adherence across marketing materials

Prepare marketing activity reports, presentations, and associated documents

Facilitate a range of communications including drafting of case studies, press releases and newsletters

Support our customers with plans and marketing activity to help drive growth in customer channels including B2B and B2C markets

Support the sales teams with marketing materials and ad hoc customer requests

Working with the internal creative design team to produce materials and content that meets requirements

General marketing admin responsibility

Required profile:

For this role it is crucial that our new colleague is fluent in the Scandinavian languages - meaning - it suits you well communicating and spelling on a native level in Norwegian, Swedish + in English at a high level.

Your background....

1-2 years marketing experience in a B2B environment

Ideally having Adobe package/programs understanding and knowledge

Excellent writing and communication skills

Bachelor degree level in marketing/communication

Personality skills.... 

Ambitious - works well under pressure, calm and keen to succeed

Well organised and detail orientated

Work autonomously, but also a strong team worker who will contribute to our 'one global team' culture

Proactive / can do attitude

Ability to handle multiple projects

Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
