During the talent program, you will receive personal coaching, mentorship, training and a wonderful community. For the Trainee- program, we will employ people who want to work in backend, frontend, app development, software testing and AI / Machine Learning.

Requirements:

Relevant education. Computer technology / Mobile platforms / Systems scientists etc.
English in speech & writing
A driven personalitu and a strong will to develop.

At Digital Solution R&D, we work with something we call squads, where each squad has full responsibility for its own development towards the product owners. A squad consists of up to nine people and holds various roles, including App Developer, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer and Tester. For the talent program, we are interested in all roles
