Production Optimisation Business Partner, Arla (Sweden based) - Jönköping

Arla is currently on a change journey, where we are looking to further strengthen our position in the dairy industry. To do this we are focusing on sustainability, digitalization & Lean. The Production Optimisation organization plays a pivotal role in this journey.
You will join a team with colleagues based in 5 countries, but you will focus on the Swedish production sites. We are looking for a business partner who will work across the sites in Sweden. As you in this role will be travelling to various sites your home base can be flexible, but Jönköping is preferred.
What is this jobs?
As a Business Partner you will work on a range of high impact improvement initiatives at our production sites and as an operational partner to the site directors. You will coach dairies to increase efficiency, identifying potential improvements and driving workstream activities. You will also be a part of the development and deployment of the Arla Production System.
You will partner with production sites assigned to you and respective site directors to align on objectives and priorities and then working to embed the desired mindset and behaviour within the teams. To secure long term sustainability of the improvements, you build a culture of coaching and process confirmation. You will identify "lighthouse" sites where best practice is achieved and then roll out similar initiatives at other sites.
The nature of this positions means you need to be at the sites across Sweden to deliver, so travel and regular overnight stays are required. Occasional trips with in Europe is also a part of the role.
Who are you?
The person we are looking will most likely hold a degree within engineering or business management, combined with a few years of experience. You will most likely bring experience from manufacturing and supply chain positions, where you have worked with production optimisation, and you bring with you a solid LEAN/Six Sigma toolbox. It is also a plus if you have experience with change management.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to act as a coach to the business, where you together find the right solutions. You bring high energy and drive but also the patience, persistence and empathy that is required to deliver a major transformation project. Further, you are good at building relationships with stakeholders on various levels.
