We make every effort to use 100% of a tree for our products as well as for producing bioenergy. In production, we are pushing towards carbon neutrality as much as it is technically and commercially feasible. We practice and promote sustainable forestry, and work to ensure that more trees are planted than are harvested.
Your main function is to be an expert within extrusion technology and together with the team drive development of new products as well working with hands on technical support and trouble shooting. Overtime we expect you to grow into your role and with greater wisdom further enhance and establish a cost-efficient and stable production process.
You will participate in various projects and networking activities. You will with your curiosity build your expertise in extrusion of wood fibre composites, something you are later happy to share with the team . This includes development of best practices and responsibility for developing and conducting trials.
Location: Stora Enso Head Office in Hyltebruk, Sweden.
For this position we´re looking for an engineer or technician with interest of extrusion equipment and extrusion process control. You need to have education or proven experience working with hands on technical support and trouble shooting. Experience of project management is also required as well as language skills in English (native or highly proficient). Any other language, like Swedish, Finnish, German etc. is a plus.
We are looking for someone with the ability to work focused with priority and speed, able to communicate with people on different levels. As a person you are a team player with a positive attitude who works proactively and is able to take initiatives. You have a pragmatic view on things and have no problem solving day to day issues as well as making steps to reach larger goals.
