Marketing & Event Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Marketing & Event Coordinator with the ability to provide high quality and proactive support in a complex global environment. Are you the one?

The Role

As Marketing & Event Coordinator you will be part of a global company offering contract development and manufacturing services in the pharmaceutical industry. As part of the global marketing team, you will work closely with agencies and towards the global sales organisation in Europe, Asia, and North America, who will depend on your prompt and professional service. You will be planning and organising work to meet specific timelines and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. 

In your role you will assist and be responsible for:
  • event planning, coordinating, and overseeing event execution of the company’s participation in global tradeshows and customer events.
  • social media, mainly LinkedIn.
  • providing administrative support to the global marketing and sales teams.
  • organising and manage marketing collateral.
  • creating reports on marketing performance and conduct post event analysis.
In this role you will report to Head of Marketing and the position is placed at the HQ Office in Stockholm. This is a parental substitute starting December 2023 and approximately 12-18 months forward.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone with a post-graduate education or longer relevant acquired work experience. The right candidate has at least 3 years’ experience from a role with similar responsibilities including experience with managing exhibitions and social media channels within a global B2B industry. You thrive in a position where you provide first-class administrative service. To be successful you are used to working with B2B marketing in a complex environment across national borders.

You have previous experience working in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Furthermore, you have good command and is an experienced user of Microsoft office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other work-related tools.    
It is meritorious if you have copywriting abilities and experience working with LinkedIn including Linkedin Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator and Salesforce CRM. Previous experience working closely with a global sales organisation and in a manufacturing company is a plus.
