We are looking for a HR Business Partner that wants to join our journey!

This will be a great opportunity for a HR professional who wants to develop in a generalist role, working for our business based in Europe and the Middle East. You will join a small team, who help each other and do everything in the field of HR. The main focuses for this role are recruitment, HR administration and HR-systems/analytics but you will also have other projects and tasks (for example employer branding, various reporting, continuous development of HR standards and polices, setting up a new intranett portal, on-boarding and employee engagement). Excitingly your role will also be involved in a variety of global projects. This position is based in Helsingborgg; however you will work with colleagues and candidates located across Europe and the Middle East.

To qualify for the position, we would like you to have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or something equivalent. For you have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role or tasks, with an emphasis on recruitment and if you have previous experience from HR systems/analytics that will be considered an advantage. It is important you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
