We are looking for someone who speaks Arabic and English fluently that will be based in Helsingborg but working for the Middle East region. If you are service-minded with great customer focus and likes technology, this position might be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

If you work here, you will have 100 colleagues within the Customer Care team all over Europe and Middle East. Your home base will be in Helsingborg, which is the head office. You will work with our customers in Middle East and report to the Service Manager based in Dubai.

As a Spare Part and Service Coordinator your job is to manage all spare part requests as well as be involved in planning and execution of service at our customer sites. This includes understand the customers requests, identify parts needed, make a quote and do the follow-up the quote. Receive and manage the order until the parts have arrived at the customer. It is a lot of external contact with the customers, as well as with JBT colleagues. Some travel to customers is included, but you manly manage your tasks from the office.

Qualifications

To be successful at this we believe that you are service-minded with focus on the customer and have a technical interest. We expect you to have a degree within a technical field or equivalent work experience from similar tasks or role. Communication is a key to succeed in this role as well as be able to handle urgent customer needs. We therefor think that you enjoy building relationships and strives to achieve results.
