Italian speaking Customer Service Adviser

Your job: Based in our Danish office close to Helsingør, you will play an important role in taking our customer service and aftersales service to the next level. Your main duties will be to assist our customers with track and trace and professional handling of claims.

Qualifications: As Dancover is dealing with customers from most of
Europe it is a requirement that you can write and speak fluent Italian and Swedish. Danish is not mandatory but a good knowledge of English is a must. Other languages are an advantage. You adapt easily and work well with your colleagues as well as with our clients. You enjoy working in a fast pace and growing environment. Work experience with customer service is an advantage.

Dancover: Dancover A/S is currently represented in 28 countries. We are located in Hellebæk in Denmark, approximately 10 minutes from Helsingør. Dancover has 70 employees. With a high growth rate and steady economy, Dancover develop and sell party tents, flex tents, tarpaulins and other storage solutions. Our products are sold in business to business and business to consumer manner across Europe.

We offer: A stimulating job in a dynamic company where you can use your language skills daily. Working hours are from: 9-17 (Fridays 9:30-17). Fixed salary to be agreed upon qualifications. Lunch is arranged by the company and you will be part of our pension plan after 6 months of employment.
