Then you could be our new Procurement Manager Scandinavia.

Key role in an international environment

As our Procurement Manager Scandinavia you will have a key role to ensure a good availability of products to our customers and maintain a balanced inventory level together with a professional procurement team with committed colleagues.

You will establish and develop strong relationships with all functions of the business to maximize product range effectiveness.

You will work closely with colleagues from other departments – especially the purchasing, marketing and product management teams and you will have an everyday life with many different tasks where you have the opportunity to be an active actor in relation to both your professional and personal development in a growing international company.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for Papers and Visual Communication stock efficiency in the region
Responsibility forPackaging stock efficiency in the region together with Packaging Sector Director ·

Own, manage, steer and develop the Sales and Operation Planning process in the region ·

Manage and develop the procurement teams in our different locations
Set and control existingprocurement processes and working practices across the region
Provide forecastsof and manage working capital/inventory

You will report to the Nordic & Baltic Purchasing & Procurement Director.

Team player with analytical skills

You are a team player who like to collaborate and network, and you are also good at working independently and structured.

You have solid communication and leadership experience and it is natural for you to manage across multiple competing priorities as well as remote teams. You can comply and identify yourself with Antalis' values – please read more here.

Running S&OP processes is a heavy part of your toolbox and you have the needed structure and analytical skills to keep track of the details in a development and solution oriented environment.

You have a relevant higher education and are fluent in
English with strong command of at least one of the Scandinavian languages.

You are ready to travel within Scandinavia on a regular basis. Your base will be on one of our locations in either Denmark
(Copenhagen, Vejle, Holstebro), Sweden (Haninge) or Norway (Oslo). Antalis is flexible as for the possibility of hybrid working.
