About the role:
As an Account Manager at Parker, your role will consist of managing a set of On-Road application customers and support our joint growth. You will be a part of a Nordic team based in our HQ in Borås where you will have the opportunity to take the commercial lead for a set of defined accounts related to the body-builder market and Volvo group. As an Account Manager at Parker, you will be the responsible project manager for your customers and ensure that customer needs are met with excellence. Therefore, it’s important that you are a great communicator and excel at building relationships internally as well as externally.
Since the rest of the On-Road team is based in Borås, you are preferably based around the Gothenburg area. You will answer to Sales Manager for the On-Road team. Travels within and outside the Nordics are to be expected in the role.

- Manage the customer relationships and agreements in the Nordic Region.
- Together with our Global Key Account Manager implement a business plan to secure profitable growth.
- Build and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating the necessary Parker resources.
- Communicate customer strategy and future needs in terms of products/services and strategic direction.
- Continuous internal reporting on customer activities in the Nordic Region.
- Follow and communicate customer forecasts.
- You get to work with ambitious and professional colleagues and be a part of developing and growing our business in the Nordics.

- Resilient, driven, highly organized and self-motivated.
- Previous experience with complex project sales.
- Relevant Business/ Engineering degree.
- Good knowledge of Parker’s organization and technologies, with the ability to achieve unified Parker solutions.
