Job description:

The Position

Our ambition is that Novo Nordisk products are made available to patients who need them, and key is to maintain a close dialogue with experts and policymakers in the regions. As part of the role, you’ll be engaging around evidence-based value propositions and communicate them to the stakeholders.  This would help us to obtain and optimise market access.
An equally important objective is to work with the regions to find solutions where medicines can be part of a structured and equal health care within diabetes/obesity and future therapy areas. 
It is a field-based role where you’d be responsible for South East of Sweden which includes Västra Götaland (Gothenburg area), Jönköping, Kalmar, Östergötland and Kronoberg.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and innovative person who aims at inspiring others and challenging the status quo. As working cross-functionally with many stakeholders is a crucial part of the role, we need a highly collaborative professional with great communication skills and commercial acumen. Moreover, we expect our candidate to:
* Hold a university degree
* Have a solid experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry within sales, marketing, or market access/public affairs
* Have a solid understanding of the Swedish healthcare system
* Be a fluent speaker of Swedish and English
Documented experience within Market Access and Public Affairs would be highly desirable and so would the knowledge of cardiometabolic disease areas, especially diabetes. It would also be a plus to have good knowledge of the regions that you will be responsible for.

The role sits in the Regional Department of Market Access and Public Affairs (MAPA) at Novo Nordisk Sweden. In this role you’d be reporting directly to Head of Regional Market Access and Public Affairs and collaborating closely with and outside of the team.
