Key Account Manager OEM&OES at our site in Gothenburg.

The incumbent will be accountable for acquiring and developing new business opportunities mainly with our customers Volvo Penta and Volvo Construction Equipment; as well as ensuring a global profitable business relationship.
  • Develop and implement the global sales strategies and identify new business opportunities for the defined customers
  • Act as a main driver in new acquisition projects (strategy, negotiations)
  • Develop and implement the pricing strategies for the defined customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for your assigned customers
  • Maintain the positive and strategic business relationships with the assigned customers
  • Review and monitor the sales performance periodically to ensure that goals are met
  • Negotiate new orders, new projects, and long-term contracts on a global scale
  • Manage and take impact on Sales KPIs
  • Observe and analyse the competitors´ situation as well as market and industry trends
We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage our partnership with customers and who wants to take an active part in driving our continued expansion. You bring
  • Degree in Engineering and / or Business Administration (technical orientated)
  • Several years of working experience within Sales and/or Project Management. Ideally within the Industry /Off Road sector or adequate experience with Automotive OEMs
  • Customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and the ability to work in global teams
  • Conflict management, strong communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Fluent English and Swedish
