Key Account Manager OEM at our site in Gothenburg.

The job incumbent develops, implements and executes the sales strategies for our customer Volvo
Cars Corporation. He/she is responsible for the global achievement of the planned sales goals with the assigned customer. He/she is the "one face to the customer".
  • Develop and implement the global sales strategies and identify new business opportunities for the defined customer
  • Act as a main driver in new acquisitions (strategy, negotiations)
  • Steer the strategic and operational planning processes as well as the target agreements
  • Review and monitor the existing customer contracts on a regular basis, start and conduct contract negotiations where needed
  • Develop and implement the pricing strategies for the defined customers
  • Maintain positive and strategic business relationships with the assigned customer group
  • Review and monitor the sales performance periodically to ensure that goals are met
  • Monitor the accounts receivables for the assigned customer group and solve issues/define countermeasures in case of deviations
  • Monitor the market and industry trends, define the market prices and initiate target costing in the projects to ensure M+H competitiveness
  • Observe and analyse the competitors´ situation and market trends
We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage our partnership with customers and who wants to take an active part in driving our continued expansion. You bring
  • Degree in Engineering and / or Business Administration (technical orientated)
  • Several years of working experience within Sales. Ideally within the automotive sector, project management, sales or adequate experience with Swedish OEMs.
  • Customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
  • Conflict management, communication skills
  • Extensive negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), Swedish desirable
