The company uses various tools to deliver the best possible quality, for example everything from classic models, artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data. Datavärde has a broad competence in Data Science but works mainly with customers in the industrial, marine and energy sectors. They are now looking for a new employee who wants to be part of their data analysis journey!

As an Embedded Software Developer at Datavärde, you'll have the opportunity to design and develop software for power and energy control, industrial control, and IOT-systems. You'll be part of a dynamic team, making system design decisions and creating code that complies with agreed specifications. You'll also get to flex your creative muscles by developing and maintaining test and simulation models - who knew testing could be so fun?

* Design and develop embedded software to meet agreed specifications.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to make system design decisions.
* Maintain and update code-base and libraries using cutting-edge tools and techniques.
* Create and maintain test and simulation models to ensure software quality.

* Relevant University degree, M.Sc. within Data Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
* More than 2 years of experience as Embedded Software Developer
* Experience and fluent in more than one of the programing languages C, C++ and python
* Good understanding of structured projects and engineering methodologies
* Fluent in English written and spoken

As a person, you are analytically inclined and can quickly create an understanding of tasks and see a way forward. You have a logical approach, prefer to trust data and approach problems from a scientific and analytical perspective. You have the interest and the ability to immerse yourself in complex problems. In addition, you strive to help your customers in a solution-oriented way and can solve questions without given answers. You are careful and attentive to details where you discover things that others often miss. Finally, you are flexible in your way of working and you can easily adapt to new situations.
