About the position

This is a consultancy assignment with good opportunities for over-recruitment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that the company intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. The company is a provider of medical equipment, analytical instruments, consumables, and software and services to address complex analytical challenges in research. The company consists of about 1000 employees in Sweden and where the facility in Gothenburg is a distribution center. A company where you can develop have good opportunities to grow!

Job duties

In the role of customer service representative, you will be part of a wonderful and committed team of 22 employees of mixed ages. The group works towards the Nordic market where yourmain tasks include receiving orders via email and telephone, but also complaint matters and acting as customer support for corporate customers. A varied job where no days are alike. You work with both large and small corporate customers and are available to help with questions about everything from delivery to product questions. In the beginning, you will receive a solid training for two weeks before you gradually begin to take care of your own tasks.

* Support customers by phone and email.
* Reviving orders, via web, mail and telephone.
* Manage incoming complaints.

Education, experience and personal traits

Education, experience and personal qualities
* Previous experience in customer support, service and/or administration
* Fluent knowledge of Danish and English in both speech and writing
* Good computer and system experience
