About the role:
The SaaS-company Avinode Group has a suite of global digital B2B services for business aviation and is now looking to expand their Gothenburg team with a Customer Success Manager. In this role you will work with all three business platforms, Avinode, Schedaero and Paynode.

You will be responsible for managing relationships and driving value for Avinode Group members. You are responsible for ensuring that each member gets value from the Avinode products they use, with outcomes leading to retention and advocacy across your portfolio. Given that you will be handling the customer account when they join Avinode, you will continuosly act as a strategic advisor, drive customer value and manage customer health in terms of product utilization. Avinode is a highly data driven company and you will have many various business analytics and customer metrics at your disposal.

You will become part of a team of five in Gothenburg with additional colleagues in the Americas. Since a central part of the role will involve communicating client needs internally, you will work closely with many internal departments, mainly sales, support and onboarding.

In summary you will:
  • Be a strategic advisor, leading the relationship and engagement of our customers, while driving value with product optimization and user adoption.
  • Manage the customer health in product utilization and look at various analytics to identify further adoption opportunities of the Avinode products.
  • Continuously educate clients on industry trends, best practices and recommend relevant tools to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Identify customer churn risk and create recovery plans, working toward eliminating that risk.
Ideal candidate:
We are looking for someone that has a passion for technology and for being part of a fast-growing SaaS company. A natural leader with determination to innovate and create a great customer experience. A true start-up mentality where you enjoy creative problem solving and communication across multiple levels in order to reach set goals will be essential.
  • 2+ years of B2B Saas account management or CSM experience, preferably within a technical product or complex industry.
  • Have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions.
  • English on a native speaker level (both written and spoken).
Experience in the aviation industry in charter sales and/or crew scheduling with knowledge of FAR regulations for 135 and 91 operators and/or experience in the FinTech industry is a great plus.
