Mechanical Engineer to Alps Alpine!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Mechanical Engineer you will work in several teams consisting of project managers, hardware engineers, software engineers and test engineers with responsibility for different products. The main responsibility will be the interfacing between Alps Alpine's development teams and customer with regards to mechanical related issues and resident support for customer on site. You will manage Alps Alpine products in the customer systems, handling the contact with the customer regarding mechanical items.

Some of your day-to-day tasks:

• Prepare requirement analysis of customer requirements.
• Perform release of 3D data and other mechanical data into customer systems.
• Responsible for modifications if needed to align with customer requirements.
• Participate in customer mechanical evaluation events, such as virtual builds.
• Perform 3D modelling for prototype builds
• Perform relevant investigations in actual cars and virtual cars

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have following skills:

• A relevant university degree, such as mechanical engineering.
• Strong CAD experience, preferably from the automotive industry
• 3D modelling experience
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Driving license
