Product and Growth manager

We’re looking for a person who wants to be a part of creating the future of edTech for children together with us. As our user base grows, so does the need for new products and its time to look into whats ahead of us!

What you'll do

You will take product ownership for the Albert Teen product and get different perspectives together to ensure commercial success.

You will lead and coordinate the Teen team’s strategic and daily work, as well as liaise with other stakeholders (incl. company management).

You will work with students, teachers and parents to understand their needs and bring them into product development and customer engagement.

You will drive growth and commercial success of the product by:

• setting a suitable business model

• developing and operating a customer acquisition model / growth model to gain customers in organic and paid ways;

• operationally run customer relation and engagement communication

For this role we would like you to be able to come into our wonderful head office in Göteborg once in a while.

• Understands / has interest in business, marketing, education and product

• Is a great leader and coordinator who can unite people to achieve a common goal

• Previous experience as product owner/manager, growth manager, entrepreneur or similar

• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
