As our new Costumer Service & Marketing employee, your job will be responsible of handling our
costumer service in Sweden as well as answering phone calls, mails and taking orders from our swedish clients. Together with our Marketing Team in Denmark, you will create content for our brands' social media accounts in Sweden as well as translating marketing content from english to swedish.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES
>Answering phone calls and mails from our swedish clients
> Taking orders from our swedish clients and send them to our head quarter in Denmark
> Create content for our swedish social media accounts together with our Marketing Team in Denmark
> Monitoring / answering inquiries on our swedish social media accounts
> Translating marketing content from english to swedish
> Other ad hoc tasks
You have a strong eye for costumer service and communication, a head full of creative ideas, and you have a flair for social media.
You work professionally, structured and quality-consciously with your tasks. You are ambitious, have drive and enthusiasm and thrive in a busy and dynamic everyday life. You are fluent in swedish and english in writing and speaking. You are independent and at the same time a good team player.
