The Senior Specialist, Security Management, is a critical role for Corporate Security. Under the direction of the Head of Corporate Security, the Senior Specialist, Security Management, is responsible for executing our long-term strategy for Security Management, and developing processes, instructions and guidelines within the area. The Senior Specialist, Security Management, shall also, educate, train and provide operational support at times to the business globally. This can include the investigation of security incidents. The Senior Specialist, Security Management, will work closely with existing specialists in order to drive the broader Corporate Security objectives across Volvo Cars, this may require contribution to developing our strategic direction and the prioritisation of deliverables. In addition to achieving organisational goals, the candidate will work to enhance engagement and collaboration, driving effective integration with all cross-functional partners.
The Corporate Security team consist of Security and Crisis Specialists that work globally across the scope of Security and Crisis Management. This is a new role within Volvo Cars where together with the Head of Corporate Security you can set both your own objectives and the security objectives of our company. We offer long term development opportunities in a continuously growing company, where you have a direct influence of your own day.Do you fit the profile?
You have experience in other corporate resilience areas such as crisis management and have experience working in an international product development and manufacturing industry. You have also worked with and influenced senior decision makers. In this role you must have good knowledge in Miscrosoft Office applications and fluency in English is required. Expereince from a similar role within a large international organization is a plus as well as having a University/Academic degree.
