Our Digital Channels Sweden unit is responsible for the development and maintenance of the digital user experience for our Swedish customers. We have an agile mindset and aim to work DevSecOps.

The unit is in close dialogue with the business in Sweden, focuses on being a trusted partner for the business, ensuring customer value, stable system operations, and following local regulations.

Digital Channels Sweden is now expanding the B2B area to meet the high demands on developing the digital channels and actively shift from other channels for our Enterprise customers, transforming and ensure a future proof architecture and through our new delivery model (based on Safe) obtain improved value throughput and quality.

The Digital Channels Sweden B2B consists today of 7 fully agile cross functional teams with skilled and great people as scrum masters, architects, developers, business analysts and QAs. The unit will grow during coming year, and you will be working close together with our two current Engineering Managers to develop the unit.

As the Engineering Manager B2B, your main objectives are to build a strong agile teams, deliver great digital solutions, and establish a close collaboration with stakeholders on the business side, with other parts of IT, and with other units within Channels. Together with your team, you will develop and maintain the digital user experience for our customers: in Digital Channels Sweden B2B we are responsible for websites and business self-administration.

The role includes, but is not limited to:
  • Drive the implementation of local business agenda on our digital touchpoints, be a partner with business
  • Lead the people and applications within Digital Channels Sweden B2B
  • Drive DevSecOps agenda and build a great software development culture
  • Seek efficiency in combination with high quality and value to our customers
  • Focus on collaboration and communality across units in Channels
  • Lead by Telia´s leadership framework: Engage, Envision, Enable and Execute
Furthermore, you will plan and be part of our transformation of wow to a new delivery model (based on Safe) securing and designing the teams based on the new set-up and be part of driving the change within our unit.

Is this you?

We think that you are an experienced leader with a good track record of successful leadership through change. You are passionate about customer experience and creating excellent digital channels for our customers. You are good at building teams, seeing people and enabling your team to focus on their strengths. You possess the ability to make people grow while also being business-minded and having a passion for new technologies. You enjoy cooperation with others, and you are a good listener as well as analytical and proactive in your daily work.

Your personal competencies:
  • You enjoy co-operating with others and building relationships with people and business units
  • You are not afraid of challenge existing ways of thinking and are ready to drive change
  • You are a good communicator (written and verbal) and connect to people both in tech and business
  • You are a continuous learner and interested in new technologies and wow to support our business in the best way
Your Experience:
  • Experience in leading and building high performing engineering teams
  • Experience working with digital touchpoints and with modern software development teams working Agile and DevSecOps
  • Experience of leading change and new ways of working
