You as a person are comfortable in an organization under constant development. You are empathetic and humble, which means that you can easily understand the customer's situation and give everything to solve their problem. You want to know everything about how Skyltmax works, in order to give our customers an extraordinary customer experience. It is important that you have a good habit and a natural understanding of working and communicating digitally. You are comfortable in meeting customers mainly via chat and email but also by phone. You like the combination of working in a team and also independently. Of course, you understand the importance of world-class customer service and see a high value in genuinely and in all situations putting the customer in focus!

Your work assignments
  • Take care of our German- and English-speaking customers via our chat function. Through the chat, you get an understanding of the customers' challenges and help solve them.
  • As First Line, you will also handle fast and efficient questions via email, respond to our Trustpilot reviews and Facebook Messages.
  • Be a part of the development of Skyltmax Customer Service and work together with the team to constantly simplify and improve the customer experience.
We know that you communicate freely in both German and English in both speech and writing. That you are good at listening in and really understanding the customer's needs. We also know that you are a team player who sees the team's success as the most important thing in the daily work, helping a colleague comes naturally to you. You have both an interest and an aptitude for learning new IT systems.

It is a plus if you have previous experience in sign manufacturing, e-commerce or some type of sales profession. It is also seen as an advantage if you have experience or knowledge of the Adobe program series, although not a requirement. It is also an advantage if you communicate fluently in either Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Czech, Italian, Dutch, Finnish or Spanish.

For us, personal qualities are important, so there is no danger if you lack any knowledge, we make sure to teach you!
