We are now looking for a Project Controller to join our Global Lifecycle Support (GLS) division and serve as business partner for Service Projects Director and Project Sales Managers. You will deal with both the investment, cost planning and control, as well as the outcome side, profitability, quality and timeliness. The Project Controller will also act as an Area Controller for part of Scandinavia and the role is located in Gothenburg.

Job description:
Preferably you have experience of previous control and then mainly of industrial projects. You should have good accounting skills and understand the connections between project accounting and the ongoing accounting. You are humble and willing to work high and low where needed. Your main tasks will include assisting the project director and managers with pricing, cost, cash flow and profitability analysis during negotiations. Create project plans with well-defined measurable goals, structured cost and resource budgets. Track, forecast and report progress of projects at regular frequency while investigating root-cause of any deviations and estimating cost-to-complete, time-to-complete and quality-to-specifications
Conduct project risk reviews, post-audits and compliance with internal controls.

You have an academic degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience. Your previous experience could include working in an international B2B environment, cost accounting, internal controls, IFRS, process compliance and/or risk management. You are fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish.

Being structured and thorough is in your backbone. You have high analytical skills and perform your daily tasks with energy and a positive mindset. As a person you are confident in your role, independent, solution-oriented and show initiative. Since you will have large contact areas, it is important that you have easy access to, and like to, communicate with other people. You have integrity and you're not afraid to ask questions or give feedback if needed.
